Project Planning
Planning for tree planting for Nature Based Solutions and Ecosystem Services, site visits, assisting with local and state government planning permits and requirements.
Partnerships & Funding applications
Partnering with clients with a common goal including public and private industries (for biodiversity plantings), e.g: mining companies, carbon companies (for carbon and biodiversity credits). Applying for funding from various funding sources for Australian plantings.
Project Management
Organising nursery deliveries, tree planting crews, field crew, site preparation earthworks, soil testing, developing neighbourhood relations, during and post project delivery.
Site Maintenance during project delivery and Post.
Location - GPS marking individual tree and species into a database.
Water - Organising watering crew, trucks and follow-up watering. Using stakes, flutes, fertilisers and cocoons.
Weeds - Arranging for weed spraying or the addition of weed mats at planting.
Fire - Maintaining fire trails and fuel loads and associated plans.
Replanting - replacing trees that have died or exhibiting poor growth.
Community Days
Organising Community days for tree planting with local schools, work groups and othe local community. Building on the theme to plant, nurture and celebrate trees.
Monitoring - including Pre and Post surveys
Set-up monitoring points, photo points and gps plots for monitoring purposes presented in a report for the client.
Pre and Post establishment Flora, Fauna and Soil Surveys
Undertake Surveys to meet requirements of the Clients.
